Jujutsu Kaisen Rumble: Survivaton will no longer launch in 2026. Publisher Shueisha Games and developer poncle have confirmed a delay to 2027, moving the multiplayer survival game out of its original release window.
Shueisha Games says the additional time is intended to improve the experience for players. If you were planning to join Yuji and the rest of the roster this year, you’ll now need to wait until 2027.
Survival combat meets eight-player PvP
Announced during a Nintendo Direct in June 2026, Jujutsu Kaisen Rumble: Survivaton brings together the anime and manga franchise with poncle, the creator of Vampire Survivors.
You’ll fight Cursed Spirits and grow stronger while competing to outlast other players. The game includes a PvP battle royale mode supporting up to eight participants, so surviving the supernatural enemies is only part of the challenge: you also need to stay in the fight longer than your opponents.
The announced roster includes more than 20 Jujutsu Kaisen characters. That gives you a selection drawn from the series rather than limiting the action to a single protagonist.

Gege Akutami’s Jujutsu Kaisen manga began in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2018, followed by the anime adaptation in 2020. The manga has sold more than 150 million copies. Rumble: Survivaton adds a multiplayer survival game to the franchise’s expanding presence in gaming.
