We ship from Prague and send your parcel so that it reaches you as soon as possible.

On orders over 2,000 CZK you pay nothing for delivery. The discount is applied automatically in the cart, you do not have to enter any code.
We do not offer personal collection at the moment – everything goes out with a carrier.
Payment
By card
Online through the Stripe payment gateway. We start working on your order as soon as it is paid – this is the fastest option. Your card details never reach us; Stripe processes them directly.
By bank transfer
We dispatch the goods once the payment is credited to our account. Use the order number as the variable symbol so we can match the payment straight away. The payment details are sent to you by e-mail together with the order confirmation.
When will my parcel arrive
Goods in stock are usually dispatched within 2 working days of the order being confirmed, or of the amount being credited to our account in the case of a bank transfer.
Custom-printed goods are made to order – dispatch usually takes 5 to 30 working days. For such goods this is stated directly on the product.
As soon as we hand the parcel over to the carrier, we send you an e-mail with the tracking number.
Something not right?
Do the goods not fit, or did they arrive damaged? Write to us at info@gamerstogether.cz and we will sort it out. You will find the details about returns and complaints in our terms and conditions.
One thing up front: goods custom-printed to your own specification cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal – we make them to order and cannot sell them to anyone else. For ordinary stocked goods, the 14-day return without giving a reason of course applies.
