5. How long I keep your data
The retention period depends on the purpose of processing:
Contact communication: 3 years from the last communication (unless longer retention is required for legal reasons)
Newsletter: Until consent is withdrawn or inactive contacts are removed (typically after 2 years of inactivity)
Analytics data: I keep anonymised data without a time limit, identifiable data for a maximum of 26 months
Cookies: According to the settings of the individual cookies (usually 1–24 months)
Accounting documents: 10 years under the Accounting Act
Legal claims: For the limitation period of the relevant claims
Once the reason for processing has ceased and there is no legal obligation to keep the data, I delete or anonymise your personal data.
6. Who I may pass your data to
I do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. I may, however, pass it on to the following categories of recipients:

Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR)
- In certain situations you can ask for processing to be restricted temporarily
Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR)
- You can obtain your data in a structured, commonly used format
- You can ask for the data to be transferred to another controller
Right to object (Article 21 GDPR)
- You can object to processing based on legitimate interest
- You can refuse direct marketing at any time
Right to withdraw consent (Article 7(3) GDPR)
- Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time
- Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand
Right to lodge a complaint (Article 77 GDPR)

8. Security of personal data
I take the security of your data seriously and implement the following measures:
Technical measures
- HTTPS encryption for secure data transfer
- Regular security updates
- Firewall and protection against attacks
- Secure passwords and access credentials
- Encryption of sensitive data
- Regular backups
Organisational measures
- Only authorised persons have access to personal data
- Confidentiality agreements with all processors
- Regular reviews of security procedures
- Training on personal data protection
Even so, no system is 100% secure. Although I do everything I can to protect your data, I cannot guarantee absolute security against every possible attack.
9. Automated decision-making and profiling
On this website I do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that would have legal effects or significantly affect you.
I use only basic analytics tools for traffic statistics and content optimisation.
10. Transfer of data outside the EU
Some of the tools I use (for example Google Analytics and Google AdSense) may transfer data outside the European Union. In such cases I rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and on other safeguards under the GDPR.
If your data is transferred to third countries, I will always ensure an adequate level of protection.
11. Cookies and tracking technologies
I use the following categories of cookies on the website:
Necessary cookies: Required for the website and shop to work (cannot be refused)
Analytics cookies: Traffic measurement through Google Analytics, only with your consent (can be refused)
Advertising: Google AdSense shows ads without personalisation and without advertising cookies. Signed-in subscribers do not see any ads.
You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time using the Cookie settings link in the website footer.

Specific processors and recipients
To run the e-shop we use in particular Stripe for card payment processing, Packeta (Zásilkovna) and Czech Post for delivering parcels, Web3Forms for delivering messages from the contact form, and Google Analytics and Google Search Console for measuring traffic and search. We pass on to each provider only the data necessary for the given purpose.
We only run analytics cookies and Google Analytics on the basis of your prior consent. Refusing them does not affect how the e-shop works and you can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button.
We show ads on the website through Google AdSense, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The ads are not personalised and do not use advertising cookies. To deliver and measure them and protect them against fraud, Google processes technical data such as your IP address, browser information and the page viewed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in funding the operation of the website. Signed-in subscribers do not see any ads.
