This section covers news around Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero from Bandai Namco. The publisher officially announced a spring 2027 update adding the Tower of Power (Team-up) mode for up to five players online, with each player controlling a single character and fighting together as a team, inspired by the battles at Fortuneteller Baba’s Palace. The announcement appeared on the official Dragon Ball website as part of the game’s content plan. The co-op mode follows the solo Tower of Power mode launching in winter 2026, where players climb floors against increasingly powerful enemies. After the Limit Breaker Journey mode from the Super Limit-Breaking NEO DLC arrives, Mission 100 and Survival Mode will be upgraded to Mission 100 SP and Survival Mode SP. Bandai Namco confirmed the upcoming free updates will also be available to players who do not own the DLC. An exact release date for the spring 2027 content has not been announced.
