This section collects news around Hellraiser, currently focused on YouTuber J0nathan, whose channel with 190,000 subscribers was permanently banned over a Hellraiser: Revival video. Although he covered nudity with black boxes, YouTube stated the video violated its sexual content policy; the game features an explicit opening scene with sex and BDSM elements that is key to the story, and the same uncensored scene remains available on other YouTube channels. J0nathan marked the video as ‘Not Made for Kids’ but did not add an age restriction, and he says appeals are handled mostly by artificial intelligence with no human review. Losing the channel means deleting over 3,000 videos and 10 years of work, and he is wary of using a secondary channel due to the risk of another ban. Developer Saber Interactive advised content creators before launch to use age restrictions and sexual content warnings.
