The Creator Showdown has its champion. STRATÝM by W Trade took down Nešlo Nic 2:0 in the grand final (13:6, 13:11) and closed the event without dropping a map in the decider. The series was decided by a dominant opening on Dust II and a much tighter, momentum-swinging Cache.
Dust II: an early CT grip that never loosened
The final started on Dust II, the map picked by Nikolai “Mazarini” Lazarev – a choice that handed STRATÝM by W Trade the CT side to begin with. That is exactly where the eventual champions set the tone, pulling ahead 8:4 and refusing to let the pace drop after the break.
In-game leader Peter “naturalG” Turčan ran the show for Matěj “Straty” Cihlář’s squad in every phase of the map. His numbers tell the story on their own: 19 kills and a remarkable 16 assists, the kind of line you only get when a player is both fragging and setting up teammates round after round. Nešlo Nic managed exactly one clutch as an answer and never found a recipe against the attacking pushes, above all those led by top fragger Michal “Enrik” Vejvoda, who arrived in Prague in ridiculous form. Map one ended 13:6.
Cache: from 5:1 down to 6:6 and a two-round finish
STRATÝM carried that momentum straight into Cache and built a 5:1 cushion, but Mazarini was not going out quietly. A string of disciplined retakes dragged Nešlo Nic all the way back to 6:6 and set up a genuinely nervy second half, which got even messier thanks to an exchange of force buys right after the side switch.
The Tec-9 kept Nešlo Nic breathing in those low-buy rounds, and Tomáš “oskar” Šťastný extended their life further with a 1v2 clutch at a crucial moment.
