Three maps, four aces and a comeback on both sides of the scoreboard. Nešlo Nic took down Outsiders 2:1 (10:13, 13:7, 13:7) in a series that swung on individual highlight moments just as often as on clean team execution. Ancient: a 9:5 lead that evaporated
The series opened on Ancient, picked by Nikolai “Mazarini” Lazarev in an unusually tense veto. The better start belonged to the team of Jakub “Freescoot” Smrek, but the initiative changed hands after an ace from Martin “z3nz3j” Tóth. The crowd was fully on board once the clutches started landing – two of them from Michaela “M1kaa” Žúborová pushed Nešlo Nic to a 9:5 lead.
That was also the exact moment the map flipped. Mazarini and his teammates simply could not make their defense work, and Freescoot kickstarted the turnaround with a single kill. Outsiders closed it out 13:10 and took the opening map.
Inferno: the oskar show, 39 kills long
Tomáš “oskar” Šťastný had a quiet first map, but Inferno was a different story. He ran a genuine one man show that not even Radim “KAD1M” Vojkůvka could answer, stacking multikill after multikill – after nine rounds he already had 20 kills to his name.
When Ondřej “Glumpy” Vojta tried to spark Outsiders with an ace, oskar replied in the very next round with five kills of his own. He finished the map on 39 frags. Nešlo Nic also leaned on Radek “Varmi” Vurm, who handled a 1v1 situation to keep them rolling, and the series was levelled with a 13:7 win.
Dust II: individual brilliance versus team play
The decider went to Dust II, and Outsiders did plenty right. Freescoot put up his best performance of the series, Glumpy – a player bought for 140 Tipsport NETs – even topfragged, and David “Nexos” Kuželka added the fourth ace of the match. None of it was enough.
After an even first half, Mazarini’s side took control after the change thanks to a far more team-oriented performance. They handled the decisive rounds, often while playing a man down, and closed the map 13:7 for a 2:1 series win. The finish came in style, sealed with the Tipsport Hlavička joker.
