Most rewards in AION 2 reset every Wednesday at 9:00. Whatever you don’t finish by then is gone. This checklist covers everything worth playing or buying every week in the global version, plus the daily tasks people forget most often. The order follows what gives the most Abyss Points, Kinah and season points for the least time.
Daniel walks through the whole routine in the video, in game on his Cleric. Below it you can download an interactive PDF where you tick off tasks for your main and three alts on PC or phone, outside the game.
Quick summary
- The weekly reset is on Wednesday at 9:00. Daily content resets every day.
- Season Mission → Weekly is the backbone: 8,000 points get you the fifth and highest tier of weekly rewards.
- Arenas and the Battlefield give Abyss Points just for taking part, a win is a bonus.
- Play Conquest up to 83 runs and Transcendence up to 55, after that the Odyle Energy Cube gives you less Kinah.
- Buy out the weekly limits in the Shop, Substance Morph and the Command Shop right after the reset.
- Every day, don’t forget Duties, Nightmare tickets, Shugo Festival and Invasion.
Season Mission: weekly goals as your starting point
You’ll find Season Mission in the menu under Season. It has the tabs Abyss, Arena, Transcendence, Nightmare, Challenge and Event, each split into Weekly and Season. Every week you mainly care about Weekly: completed tasks give you points, and the total at the moment of the reset decides your weekly reward.
| Tier | Points at reset |
|---|---|
| Lv. 1 | 1,500 or more |
| Lv. 2 | 3,000 or more |
| Lv. 3 | 4,500 or more |
| Lv. 4 | 6,000 or more |
| Lv. 5 | 8,000 or more |
Tier five includes Odyle Energy, a Resurrection Spiritstone and an entry ticket you can use for Nightmare or the Ascension Trial, for example. Tasks look like “defeat an Abyss boss”, “spend one hour in the Abyss”, “defeat 2,000 monsters in the Abyss”, “take part in the arena” or “clear Transcendence without dying”. Some of them work on auto. Once a week, open Season Mission and finish whatever is missing.
The tasks also give Abyss Points, Kinah and season points for the Season Shop. That’s where you buy Mysterious Crystals, materials and special wings, so collecting as many points as you can over the season pays off.
Ascension Trial: three runs for pets
The Ascension Trial gives you three attempts every week. The main reason to run it is pets and manastones. Most pets are otherwise only available in the opposing faction or from a pet chest. The Ascension Trial can be played on auto too.
Shop, Substance Morph and Command Shop: weekly purchases
Shop → Special
With a membership, the Special tab has weekly limits worth buying out right after the reset:
- Odyle Energy – 20 per character per week at 100,000 Kinah each. This is the most important purchase of the week.
- Resurrection Spiritstone – 10 per character per week, plus another 10 per server during the season event. Only buy them if you die a lot.
- Lower Abyss Rift Stone – 7 per character per week, extends your time in the Abyss.
Substance Morph
Substance Morph lets you craft Odyle Energy every week. The limit is 16 per server and each one recharges 40 Odyle Energy. Together with the Shop purchases, that’s a lot of extra energy over the week, and with it extra Kinah and materials from Conquests.
Command Shop
The Command Merchant in town sells Command scrolls. You buy one, activate it in your inventory and a quest shows up under the minimap: go to a location and defeat a set number of monsters or a boss. Rewards are Abyss Points, Kinah and random items such as tickets, Odyle Energy, Pure Odyle or Radiants.
Each of the four scroll types can be bought five times per week per server. You can keep the scrolls in your inventory and activate them later. You can only have up to 20 active quests at once, though.
Arenas and the Battlefield: Abyss Points for participation
Arenas are worth it for the participation rewards, not for the rank. At the end of the season, rank only gives a title with no stat bonus.
| Mode | Weekly limit | Reward |
|---|---|---|
| Arena of Solitude (1 vs 1) | 10 participations, 30 wins | 300 AP per participation, 500 AP per win |
| Arena of Cooperation | 10 participations | AP for participation and wins |
| Battlefield – Arena of Tactics (10 vs 10) | 3 participations, 3 wins | 1,000 AP per participation, 3,000 AP per win |
The Battlefield runs every day from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 19:00 to 21:00. It’s an objective mode similar to Overwatch where you carry an artifact from one side of the map to the other. If you want more on the PvP zone, there’s a separate guide on the Abyss.
Abyss Points are scarce in the game. You spend them on Stigma Shards, Daevanion crystals and later on skins and wings. Why they matter is explained in the guides on stigmas and Daevanion.
Abyss Supply Request: weekly and daily
The Supply Request window has the tabs Emergency, Weekly, Regular: Craft and Regular: Boss. The weekly request is shared by all players on the server. You hand in items for Abyss Points and Kinah. The daily request resets every day.
Before you hand anything in, compare the reward with the market price. If the request wants five Artisan refining stones for 1,000 Abyss Points and one costs around 60,000 Kinah on the market, it’s not worth it. It works the other way round too: whatever other players need for the request is worth crafting and selling on the market. People buy it because they want Abyss Points just like you. More on making money is in Kinah and the economy.
Conquest and Transcendence: watch the run limit
This one isn’t a task, it’s a limit. The play count is tracked weekly per server, and once you pass a threshold, the Odyle Energy Cube gives you less Kinah. Materials are not affected.
| Conquest runs per week | Kinah from the Odyle Energy Cube |
|---|---|
| 0–83 | 100% |
| 84–104 | 80% |
| 105–125 | 60% |
| 126–146 | 40% |
| 147 and more | 20% |
For Transcendence the threshold is 55 runs. That’s roughly 138 runs per week per character in total. If you play with a membership and run alts on auto, you’ll hit the limit fast. From then on, stop spending Odyle and save it for Wednesday after the reset. The list of dungeons has its own article, dungeons.
Watch out for unclaimed cubes. Every week you can finish a run ten times without claiming the reward. It’s a protection against boosting. The tenth one, however, locks you out of both Conquest and Transcendence until the reset. Nine is the safe number, for example to help people from your legion. Daniel does this every Tuesday and announces it on Discord beforehand, so you can join in.
Abyss: 7 hours per week
Every character has limited time in the Abyss, 7 hours per week by default. You can extend it with a Lower Abyss Rift Stone from the Shop. The time resets on Wednesday. It’s useful for farming Odyle, doing quests and for season goals like “spend a certain number of hours in the Abyss”.
Daily Dungeon: 14 attempts per week
Despite its name, the Daily Dungeon has a weekly limit of 14 attempts. Right now it’s the Daeva Bio-Research Base from level 30. Runs give you enchant stones, and the higher your score, the more you get. If you’re short on them, definitely run it. How to use them afterwards is covered in the guide on gear enhancement.
Daily tasks that add up over the week
- Duties – Esc → Journal → Duty, five quests per day. Each gives 1,000 Abyss Points and 50,000 Kinah, plus a random reward.
- Nightmare – two tickets per day. If you don’t use them, they don’t recharge past the limit. Nightmare points buy Daevanion crystals and stigmas.
- Shugo Festival – spawns every hour, and you get three reward keys per day.
- Invasion – an orange icon on the map, roughly at half past the hour. There are 20 players on the map and the best one wins. One key recharges per day and you can hold up to seven.
- Daily Supply Request – same rule as the weekly one: only hand in what’s worth it.
World boss times, Shugo Festival and other events are tracked by the events AION 2 channel on the GamersTogether Discord. It pings every time something spawns, and there’s legion recruitment too. And if you want to wear AION 2 outside the game as well, check out the AION 2 merch in the GamersTogether shop.
FAQ
Every Wednesday at 9:00 Central European Time. That’s when the weekly limits in the Shop, Substance Morph, Season Mission, arenas, Abyss time and the run counter for Conquest and Transcendence reset.
Up to 83 runs you get full Kinah from the Odyle Energy Cube. From run 84 it’s 80%, and further runs drop it down to 20%. For Transcendence the threshold is 55 runs.
The tenth unclaimed cube locks you out of Conquest and Transcendence until the reset. Use nine at most, for example to help teammates from your legion.
Not for rank, it only gives a title with no bonus at the end of the season. It’s worth it for the Abyss Points from participation: ten in Arena of Solitude, ten in Arena of Cooperation and three in the Battlefield every week.
In the Shop under Special, 20 per character per week at 100,000 Kinah each, plus 16 per server per week in Substance Morph at 40 Odyle Energy each.
Download the PDF from this article and open it in your browser or a PDF app on your phone. You can tick the boxes right in the file, separately for your main and three alts. The second page has a daily grid from Monday to Sunday.
Where to go next
The weekly routine ties into the rest of your progress: Odyle and Kinah from Conquests go into crafting, Abyss Points into stigmas and Daevanion, and manastones from the Ascension Trial into your gear. All guides are linked from the AION 2 guide hub.
The limits described here are based on the global version of AION 2 on the Siel server. Information verified as of 20 October 2026.
