The sequel, Hood Warfare 2 from Trapstar Games, launched on Steam on October 8 for $5.99 as a direct follow-up to the 2023 original, moving the setting from Detroit to Chicago and switching from Unity to Unreal Engine 5. You will find coverage of its six modes (Turf War, GangBang, Hit A Lick, Destroy The Block, Chain Snatch and Chaos), maps such as downtown, the suburbs, The Trenches and Chicago Mall, bot support for playing against AI, progression through reputation levels that unlock weapons, gear and skins, and weapon customization with sights, magazines, grips, suppressors and other parts.
