On Xbox and PC you can also play it at no extra cost through Game Pass, and on PS5 it is in the PlayStation Plus Extra catalogue. The game was developed by Warhorse Studios and published by Deep Silver (a PLAION division), and it launched on 4 February 2025 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. You play as Henry of Skalitz in 15th-century Bohemia. On 26 June 2026 Warhorse announced six million copies sold.
Editions: base game, Royal and Saga
| Edition | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Base game | Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 only |
| Royal Edition | base game + Brushes with Death, Legacy of the Forge, Mysteria Ecclesiae + The Lion’s Crest, Gallant Huntsman’s Kit, Shields of Seasons Passing |
| Saga Edition / Saga Bundle | Kingdom Come: Deliverance Royal Edition (the first game) + Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Royal Edition |
The Royal Edition launched on 12 November 2025 and contains all six paid DLCs for the sequel: the three story expansions and three smaller add-ons. If you already own the base game and want the expansions, the Expansion Pass gives you all three story DLCs plus Shields of Seasons Passing. What each DLC brings is covered in our DLC guide.
