Clash Energy Games: Kukisman Drafted Three Players and Kept a Chunk of His Budget

Clash Energy Games reaches its conclusion this weekend, and the Fortnite tournament has two storylines that are worth your attention before the matches start. The first is the squad that CLASH MMA fighter Kukisman put together for himself in the draft. The second is the hosting duo that will walk you through the entire broadcast. Eight teams are fighting over a prize pool of CZK 100,000, and according to the latest information the event plays out on Sunday.

Kukisman picked three players and saved points

Kukisman finished the draft with more than a quarter of his budget still unspent. Instead of burning through everything he had, he assembled a compact trio around himself:

• Pocket – his most expensive pick, who brings competitive Fortnite experience including LAN events.
• D3JVR – a longtime Fortnite player who streams regularly and has built a community around the game. He cost 4,000 draft points.
• Sepy – an experienced player who started practicing with the squad as soon as the roster came together, also for 4,000 draft points.

For Kukisman this is the second event of this kind this year. He already competed in Streamers Clash, but this time the whole thing plays out in a different game. The roster mixes competitive and streaming backgrounds, joint practice is already running, and how much of that turns into results will only show once the bracket gets going.

Berry and Tomáš Le Sym take over the broadcast

Streamer Berry will host Clash Energy Games together with Tomáš Le Sym. The pair already tested the format during the draft and according to Berry they clicked right away, even without any previous shared hosting experience. Berry says he wants to bring new elements into the commentary and push the broadcast to a higher level.

The tournament itself is a project Berry had been thinking about for a long time. The organizers from Clash Energy turned the idea into reality together with him. Berry admits that being an organizer and a host at the same time is demanding, but this time more people are involved in both the production and the hosting, which should make the event run more smoothly.

What to expect from the finale

The event puts fighters, influencers and top-level Fortnite players into a single bracket, and Berry describes the format as a unique combination of different types of gamers. He also says he is looking forward to meeting his community and soaking up the atmosphere of the event.
