Red Bull Wings Cup is a global EA Sports FC 27 tournament that links players in more than 80 countries. The organizers expect over a million matches to be played across all the national routes. Each country produces a single champion, and those champions meet at the world final in Miami. One of those seats belongs to the winner of the Czech national bracket – and you can sign up for it yourself.
Two ways in: from your couch or from campus
The Czech qualifier runs from September 28 to November 1, 2026 and offers two separate paths to the top eight.
- Open League – played entirely online through PlayStation Tournaments, the tournament platform available directly on your PlayStation console. You register and play the whole qualifier from home.
- University League – moves the matches onto university grounds, where players meet face to face.

Eight players in Brno, one plane ticket to Miami
Four best players advance from the Open League, another four come out of the University League. That group of eight meets at the Brno exhibition grounds during the Life! gaming festival, which takes place over the weekend of November 20–22.
In the national final both qualifying paths merge – every finalist plays for the Czech title, and only the national champion boards the plane to Miami. There he faces opponents who went through the exact same process in their own countries.

Emerickson is the face of the Czech bracket
The main ambassador of the Czech Red Bull Wings Cup is Jan „Emerickson“ Krupička, whom EA FC fans know from streams and from esports. He will introduce the tournament to his community and get involved mostly online.

What it means for you
If you own EA Sports FC 27 on PlayStation, the entry barrier is basically zero – the Open League is free to enter online, no travel required until you actually qualify. University players get a second, separate door in through the University League, with fewer competitors fighting over the same four spots. Everything then funnels into one weekend in Brno and one seat on a flight to Miami.
