What Dune: Awakening actually is
Dune: Awakening is Funcom’s survival MMO set on Arrakis. You play a Bene Gesserit agent sent to investigate the disappearance of the Fremen, working your way from bare survival – water, shade, spice – up to your own base, vehicles and endgame content. Is it worth waiting for Game Pass?
On Xbox, Dune: Awakening is part of Game Pass Ultimate from September 22, so if you already have or plan to get a subscription, you don’t need to buy the game at all – just install it. The catch is that Game Pass is Xbox and PC only (through the Xbox app); there’s no such option on PlayStation, where everyone buys the game.
