Sleepers, another small hotfix has landed on Arrakis. It’s short, but it touches two things you notice right away – which server the game pushes you toward, and the Assault Ornithopter cockpit that used to float above the rest of the aircraft.
Important note before you jump in: this hotfix requires a client-side download. If the update doesn’t show up on its own, restart your Steam client. Servers were taken down for the patch and came back up shortly after.
Fixes
- Server page optimized so you get directed to better recommended servers.
- Assault Ornithopter cockpit no longer appears offset and hanging above the Ornithopter body.
- Control Scheme image now shows on the left side, matching how it actually looks in the settings – and it also properly appears on the initial setup screen.
What it means for you
The server page change is the one with the biggest practical impact: the recommendation you see when picking a server should now point you somewhere more suitable instead of a less ideal option. The other two are visual corrections – the Ornithopter finally looks like one piece, and the control scheme preview stops confusing you during first-time setup.
