Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 launched on 14 November 2025 with 18 multiplayer maps: 16 classic 6v6 maps and two large Skirmish 20v20 maps. Since then Nuketown 2025 has arrived and every season has added new maps, remasters and returning favourites. Here they all are in one place, from launch to Season 06, with the date each one came to the game. The list applies to PC and consoles as of 19 October 2026.

Skirmish, together with the Overload mode and the Overclock system, was one of the multiplayer additions at launch. How perks and scorestreaks work is explained in our guide to perks and scorestreaks.
Nuketown 2025
The series classic is here too. The Nuketown 2025 remaster (6v6) arrived before the first season, during the preseason on 20 and 21 November 2025.
New maps by season
Each season delivered maps twice: at launch and at mid-season (for some seasons under the Reloaded name). The dates in the table are season start dates; mid-season maps arrived later during the same season.
| Season | Start | New maps | Remasters and returns |
|---|---|---|---|
| Season 01 | 4 Dec 2025 | Utopia, Fate, Odysseus; mid-season Yakei | Standoff; mid-season Meltdown |
| Season 02 | 5 Feb 2026 | Torment, Sake, Nexus; Reloaded Torque (6v6 and 2v2), Mission: Peak (Skirmish 20v20) | Slums; Reloaded Cliff Town, Grind and Firing Range (from Black Ops 6) |
| Season 03 | 2 Apr 2026 | Beacon, Abyss, Mission: Trident (Skirmish 20v20); mid-season Onsen (6v6 and 2v2) | Plaza, Gridlock; mid-season Summit, Hacienda returns |
| Season 04 | 4 Jun 2026 | Liminal, Primetime; mid-season Zenith (6v6 and 2v2) | Vertigo; mid-season Launch |
| Season 05 | 23 Jul 2026 | Jubilee; mid-season Turbo Tilt (6v6 and 2v2) and a new Freerun map | Frequency, Dig |
| Season 06 | 17 Sep 2026 | Quantum (6v6) | Bloodstead (horror take on Homestead) |
A few notes on the table. Two more Skirmish 20v20 maps arrived: Mission: Peak in Season 02 Reloaded and Mission: Trident at the start of Season 03, so alongside Edge and Tide you now have four large maps. Turbo Tilt from Season 05 is a Nuketown-themed pinball machine. Activision’s announcement doesn’t name the Season 05 Freerun map, so we leave it unnamed here.
Torque, Onsen, Zenith and Turbo Tilt are built for both 6v6 and smaller 2v2 fights. Grind and Firing Range are Black Ops 6 maps that returned in Season 02 Reloaded.
Season 06: Quantum, Bloodstead and T.E.D.D. Trials
The current Season 06, subtitled The Haunting, has been running since 17 September 2026 (official overview). It brought the new 6v6 map Quantum, an Arctic computing centre run by The Guild, and Bloodstead, a horror makeover of the launch map Homestead.
The season also includes the limited-time mode T.E.D.D. Trials, played on three zombie maps: Roadkill, Inferno and Lost. Everything else the season added, including Battle Pass prices, is in our Season 6 guide. Round-based Zombies maps are a chapter of their own, covered in our Zombies maps guide.
Maps in Ranked Play and Warzone
According to Activision Support, Ranked Play uses maps, modes and settings based on Call of Duty League rules. Only assault rifles, SMGs, pistols and melee are allowed, with snipers restricted in Search & Destroy.
Warzone shares seasons and the Battle Pass with Black Ops 7, but it is a separate free game and we don’t cover its maps here. For that, head to our Warzone guides.
