Roblox Plus is the subscription Roblox launched globally on 30 April 2026 to replace Roblox Premium. It gives you a 10 to 20% discount on purchases, free private servers, Robux transfers and Limited item trading. Below you’ll find exactly what the subscription includes, what the Plus 500 to Plus 2000 bundles cost, how Plus compares with Premium and how to buy and cancel it. Information as of 19 October 2026.
What Roblox Plus is
Plus is a monthly subscription tied to your Roblox account. Since its launch on 30 April 2026, Roblox Premium can no longer be bought. Existing Premium members can keep it, but once they cancel they can’t sign up again. Plus and the old Premium can run on the same account at the same time.
One thing to watch: Plus on its own has no monthly Robux allowance. You only get one with the Plus 500, Plus 1000 and Plus 2000 bundles, which add 500, 1,000 or 2,000 Robux to the subscription every month.
What Roblox Plus includes
- Purchase discount: 10% straight away on in-game items, avatar items and more, rising to 20% from the third month of continuous membership.
- Free private servers: since 24 September, one free private server per game.
- Sending Robux to other players with no fees.
- Trading Limited items without restrictions, and reselling them.
- Creating: publishing and selling your own avatar items.
- For creators: Plus is one of the criteria for a game to be shown to all ages.
- A Plus badge on your profile.
The discount doesn’t apply to items priced over 1 million Robux, resold items, ad credit, or publishing and group fees. The full list of benefits is on the support page.

Where to buy Plus and how to cancel it
You can buy Plus on the web or in the desktop app (by card, PayPal or with gift card credit), in the App Store and on Google Play. You can’t buy it in the Samsung Galaxy Store app, on Meta Quest or on consoles. How to redeem a gift card so you can pay for Plus with the credit is covered in our Roblox codes guide.
To cancel Plus:
- Open Settings > Subscriptions.
- Select your subscription.
- Click Cancel Renewal.
Your benefits continue until the end of the paid period. A Plus purchase is final, non-refundable and can’t be moved to another account. If a renewal payment fails, Roblox keeps trying for 72 hours and then cancels the subscription. An old Premium membership bought through the App Store or Google Play isn’t cancelled in Roblox but in the store settings: Apple ID > Subscriptions for Apple, Google Play > Payments & subscriptions for Google.
Sending Robux with Plus
Only Plus subscribers can send purchased Robux to another player; the recipient doesn’t need Plus. From 16, an age check is required. Under 16, the player needs a linked parent who approves every transfer sent and received, and in some regions this applies until 18. Our parental controls guide explains how linking works.
- The limit is 500 Robux a day and 1,000 a month, or 5,000 a day and 10,000 a month with two-step verification and a good account standing.
- Transfers are final and can’t be reversed. Received Robux can’t be exchanged for real money.
- If the recipient doesn’t meet the requirements within 7 days, the Robux go back to the sender.
Roblox will never ask you to send Robux to another user to “verify your account”. And any offer of free Plus or free Robux is always a scam.
Plus Referrals
When a new user subscribes to Plus through your referral link and pays, you both get 100 Robux after a 21-day waiting period.
